Adrienne Maloof and Sean Stewart Split

Adrienne Maloof is back on the market! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has split from Sean Stewart, a source confirms to Us Weekly. Maloof, 51, began dating the 32-year-old son of rocker Rod Stewart, in January 2013, but they have now decided to just be friends.

"They've decided to distance themselves and become friends. Nothing bad happened," a source close to Maloof tells Us. "They're still going to hang out as friends, they enjoy each other's company."

The Bravo star started her relationship with Stewart just two months after finalizing her divorce from Dr. Paul Nassif after 10 years of marriage. "Age is just a number," she said after the twosome were spotted packing on the PDA on a dinner date in Beverly Hills. "It's about how good of a person you are . . . [Sean] is a very funny guy. He's very giving, he mentors at the mission, works with at-risk children, and gives his time and money to get children off the streets."

And Maloof still plans to keep in touch with Stewart. "They're still really good friends and they still hang out," the source insists.

The single mother to sons Gavin, 9, and twins Christian and Colin, 6, confirmed on March 4 that she is leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She now plans to focus on her family and work right now. "She's not looking to date anybody right now. She's going to focus on her kids and brands," the pal tells Us.

Maloof hinted the same thing on her official website last week, writing, "The show served as a wonderful platform for all the amazing projects that I have in the works. I am forever grateful to my fans, thank you for your support, and stay tuned!"
