Alexis Bellino Prays for Strength Before Getting a Nose Job

Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino underwent a rhinoplasty in October, and as luck would have it, Bravo was there to document the experience.

Dr. Michael Niccole performed the operation because "he did my breast surgery back in 2008," Alexis explains in a clip from Tuesday's all-new episode. "He's really known for his breasts and for his rhinoplasties, so I'm very comfortable going with him."

The religious star decided to get the surgery to relieve her sinus symptoms. "I know people get a lot of plastic surgery in Orange County, but I have had this problem for four years, and it's not just a hump in my nose."

"He is going to go up through my nostril, which is a big relief to me," Alexis says. "I thought he was gonna have to detach my nose from my face!"

Just before going under the knife, Alexis begins to cry. Her husband Jim then comforts her through prayer, asking God "to protect Alexis and be with her during this time. Let's get a good result."

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Tuesday at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
