Anna Paquin Steps Out for the First Time Since Giving Birth to Twins

Three weeks after Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer announced the actress had given birth to twins, the Academy Award winner stepped out for the first time in Beverly Hills October 1.

Paquin -- who has not yet disclosed the twins' genders or names -- wore a loose-fitting blue dress and a gray cardigan while shopping at Bloomingdale's and GAP. (Days earlier, a shirtless Moyer was photographed frolicking in the ocean in Venice Beach, California.)

Though Paquin's rep previously told Us Weekly "the babies were born a few weeks early," the newborns "are in good health." The rep added that both Paquin, 30, and Moyer, 42, "are overjoyed."

Moyer has two children from previous relationships: son Billy, 12, and daughter Lilac, 10.

The spouses' True Blood costar, Lauren Bowles, 39, can't fathom how Paquin and Moyer are adjusting to life with two infants. "Two newbies, man. I only had one and I was so tired," she told Us at HBO's Emmy Awards party September 23. "I don't know how they do it."

Though Bowles hasn't met the couple's newborns yet, "I'm so excited to and I'm sure they'll be coming to set," the actress added.
