Later that night at the IHeartRadio Ultimate Pool Party, Patridge revealed to Us Weekly exclusively how she keeps her famous bod in tip-top shape.
"I have to eat a lot -- I have a really fast metabolism, so I’m kind of the opposite," she said. "I do Pilates three times a week, but I actually have to eat a lot of carbs. Otherwise my metabolism is so fast, I’ll lose too much weight."
