The new mom and singer, 30, rocked one of her most over-the-top looks ever at Monday's Met Gala, flaunting her incredible post-baby body in a sheer, curve-hugging Givenchy Haute Couture gown.

The very next night, however, Blue Ivy's world-famous mother opted for a totally different look at a private book party for Erica Reid's parenting advice book The Thriving Child.

With husband Jay-Z looking on adoringly, the "Love on Top" singer wore very little makeup and a simple, elegant teal dress with a belted waist and hoop earrings.

Held at the home of Erica Reid and X-Factor judge and music producer Antonio L.A. Reid, the book bash was also attended by Beyonce's mom Tina Knowles, Mary J. Blige and others.

Jay-Z, 43, skipped out at Monday's Met Gala bash, and Beyonce's date for the evening was little sister Solange Knowles; the siblings kicked back at an after-after party at the Boom Boom Room at the Standard Hotel, chilling out and sipping cocktails until past 1 a.m.
