Caroline Manzo Predicts Teresa and Joe Giudice Are Headed for Divorce

Even though Caroline Manzo and Teresa Giudice have severed their friendship, the Manzo matriarch still has her opinions on her former friend's personal life -- including the outcome of Teresa's marriage to husband Joe Giudice.

Referring to the Giudice family's well-documented financial troubles and rumors of Joe's imprisonment, Manzo, 50, hinted at how the hardships will affect their lives during Sunday's episode of The Real Houswives of New Jersey.

"Teresa wants it all, and I think that the demands she put on him let him to make decisions that weren't the best. And I think he resents her for it, and he's going to pay the ultimate price for it," Manzo stated as  the camera cut away to Teresa and Joe at her own book signing. "Prediction: Something may happen where someone has to go somewhere. Teresa's going to have to pull herself up on her bootstraps and take over. She'll say, 'You know what, I tried. I stood by him, but I have to divorce him now. And I'm gonna show my daughters what it's like to be strong and independent on your own and survive."

"There's a book there somewhere. You heard here first," she added, with a knowing smirk.

Despite Manzo's predictions, fans of the Giudices seem to believe quite the opposite. "You're a great husband," one fan at the book-signing event told Joe, who responded, "Thank you." "He's a keeper!" Teresa, 40, chimed in before posing with fans for a photo.

Even if Teresa and Joe's marriage is on the rocks, the pair know they have to stick together if they're to make it through the cast's trip to Napa Valley, Calif., especially now that they'll be set up in an RV with Teresa's brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa.

In addition to Teresa's strained relationship with the Gorgas, Joe Giudice's own feelings will only add to the stress. During a dinner at Chris Laurita's, the two Joe's discussed their mutual hatred for one another, with Giudice admitting that it stems from the time he lent Gorga tools and never received them back.

Also along for the trip: the Manzo family, Rich and Kathy Wakile and Chris and wife Jacqueline, who received an apology from Teresa -- a movement that came as a surprise since their heated fight over Teresa keeping personal things from Jacqueline.

While things might be on the mend between Teresa and Jacqueline, another feud is quietly brewing, and is set to bubble up next week when Teresa confronts her cousin Kathy over stealing her recipes.
