Drew Barrymore, Will Kopelman Make First Red Carpet Appearance Since Engagement

It's been a month since Will Kopelman popped the question to Drew Barrymore, and now the newly engaged couple is taking things public!

The pair stepped out for their first red carpet appearance since announcing their engagement at the Big Miracle premiere in Washington, DC Wednesday night.

Barrymore, 26, wore a green, black and white Ports 1961 column dress while her beau, 34, worked a dapper tuxedo.

Earlier that day, the actress opened up about her wedding planning on Good Morning America.

"We're trying to figure it out," the Big Miracle star told Robin Roberts. "I think everyone expects you to kind of know right away what the plans are. I'm like, ‘oh goodness, it just happened a month ago! Do I not have it together or is it ok to keep daydreaming?’"

Kopelman, an art consultant, proposed to his life partner with a magnificent, D-color radiant cut Graff diamond (weighing just under four carats) over the holidays in Sun Valley, Idaho. The pair have been hot and heavy since February 2011.
