Christina Aguilera will turn 30 on December 18 and Ellen DeGeneres shocked the pop star with an early birthday present.
The 'Burlesque' star chatted on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" about her film debut sharing the big screen with Cher, saying, "It was a lot of work. Probably the hardest I've worked my whole life."
Although the singer-turned-actress is busy making big career moves, she said her first priority is her son Max, describing the two-year-old as "the love of [her] life."
"I adore [Max] and he's such a character and he's so happy and at the end of the day, that's what's most important," said Christina.
The Grammy winner also revealed to the TV host that she feels better about breaking into her thirties than she did entering her twenties, saying, "You're more comfortable in your own skin as a woman. You have a better idea of what you want and how to get it. At this time in my life, it's a huge turning point, it's a transitional stage and I'm ready."
"I feel the same way," said Ellen as she walked Christina over to her gift - a cake with a shirtless burlesque dancer inside!
Tune in to Christina's interview on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" Friday, November 19.
