The settlement, filed Tuesday, says Emmy owes Justin $57,500, though she doesn't have to pay spousal support. 'The Day After Tomorrow' actress, currently appearing on the Showtime series "Shameless," gets to keep some jewelry, other personal items and a Beverly Hills house. Music exec Justin, meanwhile, gets to hold onto an $11,200 security deposit, some jewelry, other personal items and a Mercedes.
The twosome tied the knot in 2008 and stayed together for about a year and a half.
