Hollywood's hottest TV stars will be hitting Sunday's Emmy Awards in Los Angeles, clad in their red-carpet best.

At the 2000 Emmys, Sarah Jessica Parker channeled her inner Carrie Bradshaw and donned a whimsical, ballerina-princess pale pink number by Oscar de la Renta.

Three years later, Joan Rivers had her feathers ruffled in a black form-fitting dress that featured a dramatic plume-adorned neckline that looked like a wreath for bird enthusiasts.

But fashion misses didn't occur in just the early 2000s: at last year's Emmys, Glee star Dianna Agron stepped out in a Little House on the Prairie-inspired Carolina Herrera dress that not even her $140,000-worth of Cartier jewels could save her from being on the worst-dressed list.
