Giuliana Rancic recently took to Twitter to announce some big baby news -- she and husband Bill Rancic are having a boy!
"Beyond excited to announce @BillRancic and I are having a..........BOY!!!!!," she just tweeted.

The couple even threw a gender reveal shower on Father's Day to announce the arrival of their baby boy.

Giuliana's fertility struggles, including a miscarriage and getting diagnosed with breast cancer, has been no secret. But the two happily announced in April that they're expecting a baby via a gestational surrogate.
