Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals New Two-Tone Hair Color

It's not purple like Katy Perry, or pink streaks like January Jones, but Gwyneth Paltrow has made a dramatic (for her) hair color change.

The stylish superstar showed off her version of the dip-dyed trend at the My Valentine video premiere in Los Angeles Friday, having darkened the bottom section of her 'do.

While the look is on the subtle end of the star hair spectrum, it's a big move for the actress, who rarely messes with her famous golden mane unless it's for a movie role.

In a recent post on her site GOOP, Paltrow revealed that she originally planned to wear her hair in a tousled bun at the Oscars. After deciding that the style was too fussy for her minimalist Tom Ford gown, her hair stylist Adir Abergel went with a sleek ponytail.
