How did Ali Fedotowsky, Jennifer Hudson and Kendra Wilkinson all get such bangin' bods? The latest issue of Us Weekly, on stands now, talks to the stars and their trainers to reveal Hollywood's best-kept diet and fitness secrets.
ALI FEDOTOWSKYCohabitating with Bachelorette beau Roberto Martinez caused the 5'7" reality star to pack on the pounds. "He eats pizza and ice cream and I'm like, 'Give me some!'" Fedotowsky, 26, tells Us. "Then I realized my clothes didn't fit." Determined to slim down, the Fox 5 San Diego correspondent began eating five daily mini-meals and prepping for half marathon with Martinez. "I've lost 10 pounds in the past two months," the now size-4 star tells Us. "I have a year to train, so no excuse to run 12-minute miles. I have to get it together!"
JENNIFER HUDSONThough she dropped nearly 60 pounds and five sizes as a Weight Watchers spokeswoman in May, the Oscar-winner's fitness journey was far from over. Hudson -- who welcomed son David Jr. in August 2009 -- shed another 20 pounds by tracking the calories, fat and fiber in her food. "I'm so passionate about it," Hudson, 29, tells Us of the plan, which typically includes egg whites, chicken, shrimp and lots of bananas. Currently a size-4, Hudson trains five days a week with Harley Pasternak. "I had to pull teeth to get her to walk," the fitness pro recalls. "Now she outruns me!"
KENDRA WILKINSONDieting after giving birth to son Hank IV in December 2009 wasn't easy for the E! reality star. "I was ordering Greek salads just to eat the feta cheese," Wilkinson tells Us. "You can't get a salad just to eat the bacon!" To lose the 40 pounds she gained while pregnant, Wilkinson, 25, switched up her meals (her new fave: spinach with tomatoes, eggs and a touch of cheese) and began taking the Revolution Abdominal Cuts fat-burning supplement. The 5'3" star, who currently weighs 123 pounds, amped up her fitness while filming her Us Weekly DVD, Be a Knockout With Kendra. "I used to get off the treadmill and say, 'I'm bored,'" Wilkinson tells Us. "Now I do the moves from the video!"
