Is Jessica Simpson borrowing her beau's clothes? The pregnant singer was photographed wearing a Yale sweatshirt during an Easter stroll with her family through Toluca Lake, Calif. on March 31. (Jessica's fiance, Eric Johnson, was a wide receiver for the Ivy League school. The football player was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in 2001.)
The Fashion Star mentor, 32, took a walk around the block with Johnson, 33, and their daughter Maxwell, 10 months, before returning to her mother Tina Simpson's home. Tina, 53, is currently renting her Spanish-style home from Jennifer Love Hewitt for $12,500 a month. The 3,216-square-foot house features an office with a separate entrance, a music room, a gym, and a family room that opens up to the patio overlooking a private pool, spa and a lakefront dock. (Jessica's parents, Tina and Joe, filed for divorce in October 2012 after 35 years of marriage.)
As previously reported by Us Weekly, Jessica is renovatingSharon Osbourne's former 11,000-square-foot mansion in Hidden Hills, Calif. She first purchased the compound in January. "It's on 2.5 acres, which will be nice," the fashion designer said on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show. "I feel like I grew up in Texas with so much land and you just don't get that in Los Angeles, so to have that will be nice."
Jessica -- who will welcome a baby boy this July -- added that she originally wanted three kids, but with her second one on the way, "I feel like I could stop here. It's a lot of work. Obviously it pays off and it's totally worth it, but it's a lot of responsibility."
