John Cho Welcomes a Daughter With Wife Kerri Higuchi

John Cho is now a proud father of two! The Harold & Kumar star and his wife, Kerri Higuchi, recently welcomed a daughter, Cho's rep tells Us Weekly. This is the second child for the couple, who are also parents to a 4-year-old son. No further details about the pair's newborn are available.

In addition to raising two children, Cho has a busy year ahead of him. He currently appears in the NBC comedy Go On and has a role in the Melissa McCarthy/Jason Bateman flick Identity Thief. This May, the 40-year-old reprises his role as Hikaru Sulu in the Star Trek Into Darkness.

"Without the character stuff, all those dangerous sequences kind of are meaningless. The thrill of it is saying, 'I know those guys and it's those guys in that situation,'" Cho recently told Access Hollywood of the cast camaraderie blockbuster franchise.

Cho, who wed Higuchi in 2006, has been working steadily in Hollywood sine the late '90s. His most notable TV and film roles include Total Recall, American Pie, FlashForward, Ugly Betty and Off Centre.
