The actress, 51, stunned in a bright green Tom Ford cowl-neck dress with long velvet sleeves that showed off her ageless assets. She accessorized the plunging look with a gold Judith Leiber clutch, matching sandals and rocked a smoky eyes and updo.

Moore recently revealed her feelings on plastic surgery, telling More magazine: "I feel that with a few exceptions, people always look like they've had surgery; they don't look any younger. I'm 51, and no matter what I do to my face, I'm still going to be 51."
