Billboard -- Justin Bieber's concert on March 12 at Lisbon, Portugal's Pavilhao Atlantico has been canceled, according to Agence France-Presse and Portuguese music promoter Everything Is New. The show, which was to be the second of two Lisbon dates, was nixed due to "unforeseen circumstances" Everything Is New posted on its website on Saturday (March 9). The singer is still scheduled to perform at Lisbon's Pavilhao Atlantico on Monday, March 11.
A national newspaper in the Western European nation suggested that there was "insufficient demand" for the second night, according to a Facebook post by the English-language Portugal News. That claim cannot be confirmed.
Everything is New notes that March 12 ticket holders can get a refund from their point of purchase through April 11.
The cancellation comes after what the star has called a "rough week" in London. Last Friday (March 1), Bieber curtailed his 19th birthday party at Cirque du Soir and tweeted it had been his 'worst birthday.' On Monday, Bieber was reportedly booed at by fans for arriving late at his first 02 Arena concert and he took to Twitter to explain that "technical issues" caused the delay.

He headed backstage and fainted while his manager Scooter Braun went onstage to tell fans the singer was "light of breath" and that the headliner was "with the EMTS and the doctor" in a video posted to TMZ. Bieber soon returned to the stage to finish the show, but reportedly went to the hospital afterward for further evaluation.
