Jenni "JWoww" Farley has never been shy about flaunting her surgically-enhanced assets, so it's only fitting that her Halloween costume barely covers her cleavage.

On the season four premiere of MTV's Jersey Shore back in August, fans were shocked by the buxom brunette's remarkably slimmer appearance.

JWoww revealed that she lost 20 pounds before filming in Italy by cutting back on alcohol, overhauling her diet and working out five days a weeks for up to 2 hours at a time.
