Proving once and for all that opposites do attract, DJ Deadmau5 has found himself involved with . . . a Kat!

Deadmau5 (real name: Joel Zimmerman) is now dating Kat Von D after meeting her at a party, a source confirms to Us Weekly.

"It's going very strong," an insider close to the Canadian DJ, 31, who was photographed strolling hand-in-hand with Kat this week, tells Us. "He's really into her."

After photos of the new pair's PDA hit the web, Deadmau5 also professed his love for his new lady on Twitter.

"Yeah, [I'm in] love . . . [and] b4 I find a f--- to give over the Internet implod[ing] over it ;) at least I'm happy!" he tweeted.

The electronic music artist also uploaded photos to his Facebook account of Kat Von D bonding with his pet kitties, Professor Meowingtons and Miss Nyancat, calling the album, "A Day With the Kats."

Prior to dating Deadmau5, tattoo artist Kat Von D, 30, had an on-again, off-again relationship with Sandra Bullock's ex, Jesse James, ending things for good with James last fall.
