She landed the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue a record three times but Kathy Ireland achieved an even bigger accomplishment last year.

The 48-year-old supermodel, whose eponymous company makes everything from home furnishings to workout vides, sold "an astounding $2 billion worth of licensed products at retail, making her a bigger licensor than the formidable Martha Stewart," according to Forbes magazine.

Celebrity New Worth says Ireland is the No. 1 richest supermodel in the world right now, with a net worth of $350 million.

Heidi Klum, Elle Macpherson, Gisele Bundchen and Christy Turlington also made the list of "model-preneurs."

And Ireland has some advice for Kate Upton, the newest Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover girl: Think about the future.
