Well, that was quick.

After just a few, intense weeks of dating, Kim Kardashian and Gabriel Aubry have called it quits, a source confirms to UsMagazine.com.

What happened? The romance "was moving too fast," the source explains, adding that the duo are "better off as friends."

After meeting through friends in October, the reality star, 30, and Halle Gabriel's model ex, 34, made their first public appearance together just two weeks ago at a Nov. 21 Lakers game.

A few days later, Aubry even joined Kardashian's entire family at Kris Jenner's L.A. home for Thanksgiving dinner. "They were so cute together," an observer told Us of their Turkey Day PDA. "Kim love[d] being with him."

Aubry and Berry, 44, split in April after 5 years together; they have a 2-year-old daughter, Nahla. In September, Kardashian split with football hunk Miles Austin after a few months together.
