"I thought it was such a great idea to film that," Jenner said on the TODAY show Tuesday of taking the cameras with for her surgery. "The reason I went in and did that was because I had had my implants in for 152 years -- you know, a long time, way longer than their shelf life."
"You know, take them out and change them after 10 years," she explained. "That was a big message and important for me to sort of put out there in a comical way. You know, I made fun of myself. Because at my age, you're over 50 -- like, when do you stop? But it was so important, health-wise, to remind women to check your expiration date because it's a health risk." (Jenner didn't elaborate any further, but well-known risks of breast implants are leaking and rupture).
Also in the last episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian, 28, visited a fertility clinic to try and figure out why she hasn't been able to conceive with husband Lamar Odom yet. The doctor told her she didn't ovulate the past month, and the episode ended with a "to be continued."
"She's doing good. She's positive," Jenner said of her daughter. "Our big finale is Sunday night and you'll see how that works out, so I don't want to give away too much. She's a really strong girl."
"When women realize that they need to go out there and get all the information they can about their own bodies . . . that's what this last week's episode was really all about," she added. "Pay attention to what's going on inside."
