Lindsay Lohan wasn't kidding when she tweeted that she "had such a wonderful day" on the set of Charlie Sheen's FX sitcom Anger Management March 26. Despite an E! News report, a show source tells Us Weekly the 26-year-old actress has "been on her best behavior" during the three-day shoot.
"She has showed up on time and early, and she has been very prepared and professional," the source continues. "Everyone is shocked -- the crew had already planned to stay late in case she was late or didn't show up, but so far, so good!"
The actress -- who famously stalled production on the 2007 drama Georgia Rule, prompting director Garry Marshall and producer James G. Robinson to publicly question her poor work ethic -- even took time out of her filming schedule to meet with one Anger Management crew member's children.
"Lindsay said, 'Oh, I'd love to meet them!'" the source says. "She went over and said hi and was really sweet to them."
Lohan is certainly indebted to her Scary Movie 5 costar Sheen, 47, as he gave her $100,000 to cover her tax debt in November 2012 and offered to pay for her half of her amfAR gala gown in February 13. Unfortunately, the Freaky Friday star returned the Theia dress in tatters.
The New York native, who has been arrested six times in less than 10 years, was recently sentenced to spend 90 days in a court-ordered lockdown rehab facility, in addition to performing 30 days of community labor, receiving 18 months of psychological counseling paying restitution fees. The charges stem from a June 18, 2012 car accident in which Lohan's Porsche rear-ended a truck while she was en route to the Liz & Dick set. At the time of the accident, the actress claimed her assistant, Gavin Doyle, was behind the wheel.
