Taylor Armstrong, grieving the suicide death of husband Russell three weeks ago, was not in attendance -- nor was her castmate Kim Richards, or Charlie Sheen, one of the Vanderpumps' next-door neighbors.
Guests who did show included fellow Housewives stars Adrienne Maloof and husband Dr. Paul Nassif, Kyle Richards and hubby Maurico Umansky and Camille Grammer ... plus LaToya Jackson (clad in a red Vera Wang gown) and a low-key Star Jones.
"The wedding ceremony was absolutely stunning -- and very religious," a guest tells Us of the bash, which had a pink, white and silver color scheme, with roses, hydrangeas and candles flanking the couple during the evening vows. "It was so breathtaking," adds the guest. (The nuptials were filmed for the Bravo show -- whose season two is now up in the air following Russell's tragic death.)
Pandora, 24, wore a classic, princess-style gown with a long white lace veil. "She looked beautiful," the guest says. Her famous mom Lisa wore a little tiara. "Everyone was very happy and smiling."
Guests dined on salad, risotto, chilean sea bass and filet mignon, and sipped on wine and champagne from the Vanderpump-Todd's own Villa Blanca. Proud papa Ken Todd's speech brought down the house. "Ken's speech was sweet and funny...Pandora was crying. It was very emotional."
After the speech the bride and her dad danced to "The Wind Beneath My Wings." "It was a lovely evening that everyone will remember," says the reveler.
