Lydia Hearst Shaw Reacts to Rumors She's Playing Lindsay Lohan-like Character
Model and actress Lydia Hearst Shaw is squashing rumors that she's signed on to star in a movie that some say greatly resembles the life of Lindsay Lohan.
Lydia tweeted on Tuesday: "Just so we are all clear.. My hair is Red because I am the new face of Schwarzkopf color. I am a model. I dyed my hair to front the campaign."
The upcoming film Lydia was rumored to be connected with is 'Dogs in Pocketbooks.' She later tweeted: "As for any theatrical roles, I am currently filming 'Two Jacks' directed by Bernard Rose. My next project is 'Catwalk' by [Anthony] Hickox."
The New York Post spoke with the 'Dogs in Pocketbooks' screenwriter Charles Casillo who defended the film saying it is "in no way mean-spirited toward Lindsay." He added, "It's the kind of thing she has spoofed about herself in the past." Lindsay has had quite the year between rehab, jail and most recently being accused of assault on a former Betty Ford Center employee.
