Meet Shia LaBeouf's New Girlfriend

While his ex, Carey Mulligan, has been hanging with close friend Jake Gyllenhaal, Shia LaBeouf is hardly flying solo.

The Transformer: Dark of the Moon star, 24, was spotted walking hand-in-hand with a new gal pal Saturday en route to lunch at L.A.'s Sweet Butter Cafe.

"Her name is Karolyn Pho," an insider reveals to UsMagazine.com of the 22-year-old California resident who was also seen lunching with LaBeouf at L.A.'s Little Dom's in December. "She's a stylist."

And though the actor doesn't seem to stay single for long these days -- he and Mulligan, 25, announced their split in October -- he'd hardly call himself a ladies' man.

"I'm not great with women, dude," he told Details in the past. "I'm not a closer. I can chat all night long, but I'm not the guy who goes, 'Okay, back to my room.' I've never been that way -- it's not my presence, I just can't do it."
