Michelle Duggar Takes a Pregnancy Test on '19 Kids & Counting'

On the season five premiere of "19 Kids & Counting," Michelle Duggar takes a pregnancy test. Will the series have to change its name to "20 Kids & Counting"?

You will have to tune in to find out if the stick result was positive, but what we can tell you is that Jim Bob and Michelle will have a new addition to their family this year: their second grandchild. The oldest of their children, Josh, and his wife Anna, are expecting their second child in June.

Then Michelle takes Jessa for a very special treat for her 18th birthday: skydiving and a trip to the shooting range to teach all the children about gun safety.

Also coming up this season, viewers will get a chance to watch as baby Josie thrives and becomes an active member of the Duggar household. Tune in to watch the youngest of Michelle and Jim Bob's children reach every baby milestone, from saying her first words to taking her first steps and being able to travel for the very first time with her family.

"19 Kids & Counting"'s fifth season premieres tonight at 10 p.m. on TLC.
