Mischa Barton Slammed for Bizarre “Where’s Waldo” Outfit

When you've hit the red carpet sporting everything from blue lipstick and a thigh-length braid to a zebra catsuit and a neon leotard, it's hard to top yourself.PHOTOS: The worst dressed stars

Yet somehow Kesha, 24, managed to do just that at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on May 22, where she donned a metallic dress with cutout sides, a plunging V-neck and a tulle train. "She looks like she's from space or a robot," says one critic. PHOTOS: Which if these stars is the best dressed?

And Kesha wasn't the only star to receive a citation from the Us Weekly Fashion Police. Mischa Barton, 25, strolled through the Nice airport in France on May 20 in an outfit that another top cop said reminded her of "Where's Waldo?"
