Penn Badgley has finally buzzed off his shaggy locks.

In new photos from Friday's Gossip Girl wrap party, the actor best known as Brooklynite Dan Humphrey poses with his cast mates and shows off a new close-cropped 'do. PHOTOS: Gossip Girl's top 10 OMG moments

"All together," Badgley's costar Chace Crawford (Nate Archibald) tweeted when posting the image, which also featured Gossip Girl's Michelle Trachtenberg (Georgina Sparks) and Ed Westwick (Chuck Bass). Though her hair is longer in Crawford's cast picture, Leighton Meester (Blair Waldorf) also recently chopped off her hair into a 'do that is chin-length.

Celebrating the end of the CW hit's five-year run with a cake on the show's New York City set Friday, the cast had girls-only and boys-only dinners on Saturday before the full group met up at The New York Palace Hotel to greet fans and watch a blooper reel. (Newlywed Blake Lively -- who married Ryan Reynolds September 9 in South Carolina -- skipped out on the Saturday night activities, a source tells Us Weekly.)

As Badgley -- who's still going strong with Zoe Kravitz -- wraps his run on the teen drama, he is eager to pursue more film projects.

"It'll be bittersweet. I'm sure we all want to go on to. . . not bigger things, but different things," he told Us of his thoughts on Gossip Girl's end. "It will be a complicated feeling of ambivalence."
