Adam Levine is getting beat up again for a music video, but this time, Anne V is not the perpetrator.

On the set of Maroon 5's upcoming music video for "Payphone" in Los Angeles Thursday, the newly single singer, who split with the Russian Victoria's Secret model recently, sported a busted, bloodied-up lip and blood-stained button-down shirt.

Sporting conservative-looking specs and dressed in office clothes, the 33-year-old ran hand-in-hand with a similarly dressed tall, slim model who had her own faux wound -- a badly scraped knee.

Anne V famously starred alongside her then-boyfriend of two years in Maroon 5's video for "Misery" where she played a sexy, knife-wielding, ear-biting woman who continually beat up on Levine.
