Yes, that's Alexander Skarsgard.
The usually hunky True Blood star has drastically transformed his appearance for upcoming thriller, Hidden.

Skarsgard, who turned 36 over the weekend, was photographed on set Monday in Vancouver, Canada looking shockingly thin and scruffy with long hair and a beard. The actor wore dirty, over-sized clothes that made him look even more gaunt.
Hidden is about a family who seeks refuge in a fallout shelter to avoid a dangerous outbreak. The film costars Andrea Riseborough and Emily Alyn Lind.

The single Swedish-born actor relishes the chance to take off the fangs and persona of his vampire alter ego. "I spend seven months just playing Eric on True Blood," Skarsgard told BULLETT magazine in June. "But when I'm on hiatus, when I get my five months off, I'm not looking to play the same character again."
