PIC: Taylor Lautner Has Dinner Date With Ex-Girlfriend Sara Hicks

Is Taylor Lautner rekindling his romance with ex-girlfriend Sara Hicks?

On Monday, the Twilight hunk, 20, and his Los Angeles Clippers cheerleader ex, 19, were spotted on a dinner date in Los Angeles.

Keeping a relatively low profile, the duo dressed down for their outing, with Lautner hiding behind a black baseball cap, while Hicks showed off her fit bod in a gray top and jeans.

It's not the first time Twilight's Lautner has given his ex another shot. In January, the duo took in a performance of Cirque du Soleil's OVO in Santa Monica, Calif.

At the time, a source told Us Weekly the duo were just having fun reconnecting, and had "been hanging out a lot in L.A., seeing a few shows and going to dinner."

In addition to Clippers cheerleader Hicks, Lautner has romanced Mirror, Mirror's Lily Collins, country singer Taylor Swift and Wizards of Waverly Place actress Selena Gomez.
