Forget about Zac Efron and Josh Hutcherson: Vanessa Hudgens has set her sights on a new man.

The 22-year-old actress spent Sunday afternoon in Venice, Calif. bonding with her actor beau Austin Butler, 20. After having lunch at 26 Beach Restaurant, the hot new couple went for a romantic bike ride on the boardwalk.

Later that day, an eyewitness spotted Hudgens and Butler "holding hands while taking a walk in Runyon Canyon together."

"She was smiling ear to ear," the eyewitness tells Us Weekly. "She looked really cute with her new short haircut." The couple continued their PDA parade when they stole a few kisses at Bob's Big Boy diner in L.A. later that evening.

Butler -- who appeared in Disney's Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure, ABC Family's Switched at Birth and Lifetime's The Bling Ring -- has been dating Hudgens for several months. They were first spotted together at Jennifer Tisdale's 30th birthday party in September.
