The 23-year-old singer went for a stroll with a beautiful lady in Los Angeles Thursday.

According to E! News, Joes's rumored new girlfriend is Swiss-born model and graphic artist Blanca Eggenschwiler. The twosome looked cute together in coordinating outfits of black pants and fedoras.

But they weren't alone during their outing. Kevin and Nick Jonas joined their brother before their Jonas Brothers performance at Hollywood's Pantages Theatre, along with Kevin's wife Danielle.

"Shows have been amazing. Ready for the final one tonight!" Joe tweeted Thursday. "Lets do this!"

Joe split from Twilight star Ashley Greene in March 2011 after a year of dating. He previously dated Taylor Swift in 2008, and infamously dumped her during a 27-second phone call.
