Holly Madison may be pregnant, but she can still rock an itsy bitsy, teenie weenie, checkered pink and white bikini like no one else.

Lounging poolside in Las Vegas, where she is the lead dancer in the burlesque revue Peepshow, the mom-to-be and former Playboy Playmate, 32, flaunted her growing baby bump in a girly gingham bandeau top and matching bottoms. With her hair in soft waves around her smiling face, she looked serene as she cradled her belly.

The buxom blonde confirmed her baby news exclusively to Us Weekly in August, saying she had "always wanted to be a mom." The bundle of joy will be Madison's first with her boyfriend of almost a year, Electric Daisy Carnival founder Pasquale Rotella, 38.

So far, the former Girls Next Door star is enjoying being pregnant, but she's not letting it be an excuse to let herself go. The expectant mom told Us that she's "trying to work out every day and be healthy" -- which means no junk food binges!

"I told [Pasquale] no food-craving runs in the middle of the night! No chocolate cake! I don't want to let myself go, then have a tough time getting back in shape," Madison told Us last month. "I try to eat healthy for the baby -- I love vegetable and fruit smoothies. But my downfall is french fries. My excuse is they settle my stomach!"
