PICTURE: Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kim Zolciak Shows Off Gorgeous Real Hair

Kim Zolciak is taking a break from wigging out.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 34 -- who rarely steps out sans faux hairpiece -- showed off what lies beneath those beloved wigs of hers Friday, retweeting an Instagram pic taken by her stylist.

"Yes people she has hair!!! Just blew it out and it's all real!!" Nikit Pressley wrote Friday underneath the image of Zolciak's thick and shiny blonde locks. ("Yes ma'am!" Zolciak chimed in, sharing the image with her own Twitter followers.)

This summer, on her Bravo spinoff Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding (which chronicled Zolciak's November 2011 nuptials to Kroy Biermann), Zolciak explained why she chooses to keep her head covered, after taking her wig off to talk about possible wedding hairstyles.

"I know I have great hair, but I love wigs and look good in 'em," the mom to Brielle, 15, Ariana, 9, KJ, 17 months, and Kash, 3 months, reasoned during a chat with hairstylist Derek J.

Zolciak told Us Weekly more about her hairstyling habits during a visit to our NYC offices earlier this year.

"I have beautiful [real] hair!" she shared. "Am I bald? No, thankfully," she added, cracking up that fans have asked if her husband has ever seen her without her wig.

"He's seen me naked!" she joked. "Of course he's seen me without my wig!"
