Pretty Little Liars Stars Share Their Fitness Secrets With Us!

Shay Mitchell's secret is out: she's not the kind of girl who watches what she eats!

"I am a foodie. I'm not afraid to say it," the 23-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress admits to UsMagazine.com. "I'm a huge pasta and pizza lover. I can eat those every single day."

Her ABC Family costar Troian Bellisario, on the other hand, is much stricter when it comes to her diet.

"It's really important for me to know where my food came from and what kind of impact it's making on the environment," Bellisario, 25, tells Us. "I've never really been a junk food person."

With their varying fitness philosophies, how do both actresses each manage to stay so physically fit?

Mitchell credits her personal trainer Andrew Schuth for helping her stay toned during filming. "Having that person there saying, 'C'mon, you can do 10 more! I know you can do this!' is inspiring," she says. "Just knowing that you have to work out because he's there waiting for you also helps."

Bellisario prefers to exercise on her own, telling Us that hiking in L.A.'s Griffith Park is a "beautiful excuse to get away from the city. My last few hikes have been in freezing cold and rain, but it's fun."

Adds Mitchell: "I feel so good after a workout. Any time that you can be alone with yourself is really important."
