Sandra Bullock, Keanu Reeves Reunite for Dinner Date

Sandra Bullock has been a busy Hollywood bee -- from an NYC night with pal Ryan Reynolds and his new love Blake Lively to a West Coast dinner with old buddy Keanu Reeves.

On Wednesday night, Bullock and Reeves, both 47, shared a friendly dinner together, along with their shared publicist, at Craig's Restaurant in Beverly Hills. Both stars dressed casually, she in a loose-fitting black sweater and zebra print heels, and he in a navy V-neck sweater and jeans.

The actors, of course, have known each other for many years. They first met filming the action-thriller film Speed in 1994. Remaining friendly offscreen they reunited for a second movie together, the romantic drama The Lake House in 2006.

Reeves was a supportive friend for Sandra during her messy 2010 divorce from motorcycle man Jesse James. When asked if he had well wishes for his former costar, he told Us, "Yes, of course."
