Carrie Bradshaw was always quite candid when it came to her opinions, and her real-life alter ego, Sarah Jessica Parker, is no different.
In a recent interview with Net-A-Porter's The Edit, the former Sex and the City star revealed that though she thinks up-and-coming starlet AnnaSophia Robb is "lovely," she's "not sure" about how she feels about The Carrie Diaries, the CW's own prequel to the hit HBO series.
"You know, I think it's one of those tests of your generosity," she told the publication. "She [AnnaSophia Robb] is a lovely girl and I want her to feel good about it, but it's … odd."
Robb, 19, who plays a younger version of Parker's Carrie Bradshaw character on the series, previously told Teen Vogue that a big part of the reason why she decided take the role was because she saw potential in the character.
In The Edit interview, the 47-year-old actress also revealed that six years of literally running through the streets of New York in enviable heels has had another lasting effect on her.
"I went to a foot doctor and he said, 'Your foot does things it shouldn't be able to do. That bone there… You've created that bone. It doesn't belong there,'" she told the magazine. "The moral of the story is, the chickens are coming home to roost. It's sad, because my feet took me all over the world, but eventually they were like, 'You know what, we are really tired, can you just stop -- and don't put cheap shoes on us?'"
