Underage 'Gossip Girl' Star Flashes Audience

"Gossip Girl"'s Taylor Momsen caused a stir by making a controversial gesture while on stage in New York City last week.

Hollywood Life has released censored video footage of the 17-year-old actress exposing her chest and reports that her breasts were covered only by pasties.

In the video, Taylor grabs her chest provocatively before pulling down her shirt, giving the crowd an eyeful.

Taylor was singing with her band The Pretty Reckless, who released their self-titled EP in June.
