Ready to take the Plunge? T.I., Pharrell, Bill Maher, Bethenny Frankel, Alex Rodriguez and Dwyane Wade have all spent time at this ultra-luxe rooftop destination.

3. Macaluso's

A-listers like Billy Joel, Roger Federer, Ryan Seacrest and Lindsay Lohan adore this Italian eatery, where chef Michael D'Andrea cooks up hearty, Staten Island-style pasta, meatballs, clam pie and more, all based on his grandmother, Gacomina Macaluso's, recipes.

4. Prime 112
