When an award show's guest list includes the music industry's most outrageous artists, it's pretty much guaranteed that the red carpet looks will be more flamboyant than fashionable.

Such was the case with Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards in Vegas, where three stars showed up in outfits that would make any stylist weep.

Okay, so it's not like we expected Ke$ha, 24, to wear an elegant gown or anything, but the pop star outdid herself in a futuristic Jad Ghanour dress, which featured sexy cutouts and a tulle train.What goes with a sheer pastel blue body suit? If you're Nicki Minaj the answer is cotton candy-colored hair. The 26-year-old singer turned heads in a skintight studded Mark Fast onesie, white Versace heels, and yes, pink curls.

Black Eye Peas singer Fergie, 36, enhanced her hips and derriere in a domanatrix-inspired Hervé Léger by Max Azria number, which she paired with  black Christian Louboutin platforms and a Alexander McQueen clutch.
