Taylor Swift's "You Belong with Me" lyrics could very well apply to the difference between Blake Lively's style versus her own: "She wears short shorts, I wear T-shirts." But if there ever was a time where Lively's sexy style met Swift's country-cute taste, it was with this Tibi Spring 2011 dress.

The prim, albeit short, embroidered cap-sleeve frock seemed to satisfy both starlet's taste, with each girl putting her own spin on it.

While Swift added a slim, metallic belt around the waist and wore muted heels accented with a bow in NYC on July 22, Lively opted for a sexy, edgy pop with Charlotte Olympia leopard pumps in NYC June 14.

It's no wonder that both the country singer, 21, and Gossip Girl star, 23, chose this frock -- the hues complemented their sunny strands and baby-blue eyes so well! (Lively chose cornflower blue while Swift rocked teal.) But they're not the only blondes to rock this Tibi dress -- Brooklyn Decker donned the style in white, also in NYC on June 14.
