After designing the "it" dress of 2011 -- a super-slimming black-and-white look worn by Kate Winslet, Lala Anthony, Liv Tyler and Gloria Estefan  -- Stella McCartney has done it again.

Four stars have stepped out in similar asymmetrical patterned looks from the British designer's Spring 2012 collection.

LeAnn Rimes chose the red, white and black mini version with racy mesh inserts for the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas Sunday night. She accessorized the sexy look with beige Christian Louboutin platform sandals and a cute clutch.

Nicole Kidman wore the floor-length one-sleeve style in the same print with Fred Leighton emerald earrings at the BMI Country Awards back in September 2011.

Gwyneth Paltrow, who is BFF with McCartney, rocked the blue-and-white one-sleeve mini at Coach's 70th Anniversary party in China last month.

And Brooklyn Decker went with a black-and-white mini, but opted for the halter with revealing mesh panels, while promoting Battleship in London March 28.
