Ahead of Monday's night of New Year's Eve parties, Us Weekly asked celebs including Zoe Saldana and Pretty Little Liars' Ashley Benson to share their top tips on how to recover after a major bash. Plus, experts weigh in on the post-partying tricks the celebs swear by.

ZOE SALDANA TELLS US: "Before going to bed, I put Epsom salts into a warm bath and soak for 15 minutes. The next day I wake up with half the night erased."WHAT THE EXPERT SAYS: Magnesium sulfate (a.k.a.
