Banhart: 'I hated Portman's Star Wars prequels'WENN, November 3, 2009Hippie rocker Devendra Banhart steered his conversations with ex-girlfriend Natalie Portman away from her Star Wars films - because he was not a fan of the prequels.The couple briefly dated last year (08) and Banhart admits he couldn't talk to the actress about her role as Queen Padme in Star Wars I, II and III.
He tells Spin magazine, "I love Star Wars but I don't entirely honour her (Portman) films. I try to forget that the prequels exist, I really do.
