Leonardo DiCaprio has reportedly agreed to testify against a woman who stands accused of slashing his face with a glass at a party in 2005.
The "Titanic" star is said to have been "extremely cooperative" with lawyers prosecuting 40-year-old Aretha Wilson and is even willing to take the stand and face her in court, reports TMZ.com.

Wilson is alleged to have hit the actor during a Hollywood Hills house party thrown by Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriend, film producer Rick Salomon. Following the party, DiCaprio reportedlyneeded 17 stitches to close up a large cut across his face.

Wilson was ordered to stay at least 500 yards away from the actor after she appeared in court on Wednesday (04Aug10).
