Harry Potter Star Pleads Guilty to Growing Pot in Bedroom

Harry Potter star Jamie Waylett, known as bullying Hogwarts student Vincent Crabbe, pleaded guilty to illegally growing marijuana on Thursday -- one day after Harry Potter and the Half-Blood hit theaters.

The 19-year-old actor was arrested in April after he was stopped while he and a pal where driving. Police discovered eight bags of pot inside the vehicle .

Ten cannabis plants were later discovered at the London-area home Waylett shares with his mother. At the time of the arrest, the plants were believed to be valued at about $2,900.

The hearing -- which took place at Westminster Magistrate's Court in central London -- was adjourned until July 21.
