Celebs aren't just pretty faces. In fact, some of them are pretty smart! So in celebration of Pi Day (3.14, get it?), we decided to round up some of the brainiest math whizzes in Hollywood. Keep clicking to see stars who would put your high school algebra teacher to shame.
By now Danica is probably equally as known in the math world as she is in the entertainment world. In 1998, the former "Wonder Years" star went on to graduate summa cum laude from UCLA with a departmental honors degree in mathematics. As a student, she coauthored a scientific paper with a professor and fellow student, the results of which termed the "Chayes-McKellar-Winn theorem." But that's not all Danica's written: Since 2007, she's penned three New York Times children's best-selling books -- "Math Doesn't Suck: How to Survive Middle-School Math Without Losing Your Mind or Breaking a Nail," "Kiss My Math: Showing Pre-Algebra Who's Boss" and "Hot X: Algebra Exposed!" -- all of which encourage middle school girls to succeed at math.
