It has a funny name, but Banff is serious when it comes to winter activities. Alec Baldwin, who's frequented the area numerous times, loves skiing at Sunshine Village and Lake Louise. "I'm a huge ski [bum], and I love it up here," he tells Calgary Sun. "I always tell people it's the most beautiful place I've ever been." Don't forget to take a dip at Fairmont's Willow Stream Spa and to stop by historic spa and bathhouse Banff Upper Hot Springs.
